   UNIBOR hollow cutters, are designed for our own drills and systems, however they are of universal usage by any rotary cutting machine.
   The standard range, available from stock, covers cutters from 12-100mm dia. and 25-100mm long. Any other size available upon request.






   The proven value and success of broaching cutters is based upon the lower energy required to cut more accurate holes with longer tool life. The unique geometry of UNIBOR cutters gives faster feed, lower cutting resistance, greater accuracy, better finish and requires less drill power.

   UNIBOR HSS (high speed steel) cutters are made in grade M2(HSS) for general aplications. In case of harder requirements, HSS cutters are made in M42 (8%Co)HSS. Tungsten Carbide cutter range is manufactured from EN 24 (F 560) hardened steel to our unique design which provides full tooth support to the fine grain carbide inserts and offers generous side clearance.

   We also offer a 'by return' resharpening service which regrinds your blunt cutters to their original cutting geometry and optimum performance for maximum productivity.
